- This allows a user to lock grades.
- This capability is allowed for the default role of teacher/instructor and is not set for the default role of non-editing teacher.
- It is not necessary to allow this capability in addition to lms/grade:manage. In other words, this capability may be used to allow a user to lock grades but not manage grades.
