Capabilities/lms/course:tag
- This capability allows a user who can access the course to edit course tags
- It is allowed for the default roles of Manager and editing teacher only, and is not set for other roles.
- In order for a user other than a manager or editing teacher to edit course tags, a new role must be created with this capability and applied in the course context, such as the Course tagger role.
