- This allows a user to override the permissions of other users
- Note that to override a capability in role A, the user doing the override has to hold a role B so that role B is permitted to override role A. This is controlled in ‘Allow role overrides’ (via Settings > Site administration > Users > Permissions > Define roles).
- This capability is allowed for the default role of manager only.
