    Roles and permissions
    • This allows a user to view user agreement reports in the Policies plugin
    • This capability is allowed for the default role of manager only
    • It may only be applied in the system context i.e. as a system role
    • This capability is included in the Policies plugin in LMS 3.4.2 and will be included as standard in LMS 3.5.
