If the user receives an email in Outlook, an email card will also appear in the Eva Teams app chat
i) AI Draft:- Generate an AI-based draft reply
ii) Reply :- Send a direct response to the email
iii) Delete:- Remove the email from outlook
iv) spam:- move to spam from outlook
