1. Maya UI/UX Enhancement

  • UI/UX enhancements updated for the Maya chatbot.
  • Core functionality remains unchanged and works as per the existing model.
  • Font styling updated on hover over the chatbot.

  • Slider transitions refined for smoother performance.
  • Background and font behavior updated within the chatbot.
  • Top section icons have been updated.

2. MCP: Leaderboard, SCORM Package Activity, and ILT Activity

  • MCP has been successfully integrated into the AI chatbot.
  • Chatbot responds accurately to queries related to SCORM packages and ILT activities.
  • Chatbot provides responses related to the Level Up leaderboard.
  • Admin users can query data across the LMS and receive relevant responses.
  • Users receive responses based on their individual data (e.g., completed ILT sessions, SCORM activities, leaderboard rank).
  • Chatbot ensures responses are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Restricted data is not shown if user does not have permission.

3. Reporting Manager Role

  • New role introduced with access to manager dashboard blocks.
  • Navigation is similar to student view without overriding existing menus.
  • Role can be assigned via User Profile (Manager field) or Master Settings.
  • Reporting Managers are visible in Team Overview and manageable from there.
  • Existing Reporting Managers appear in both Team Overview and Master Settings.

4. Quiz Report on Quiz Performance Block

  • Quiz Report added to Dashboard for System Manager and Reporting Manager.
  • System Manager can view quiz data for all users.
  • System Manager has access to Filters, Export, Edit, Delete, Regrade Attempts, and Quiz Selection.
  • Both managers can use Filters and Export options.
  • Reporting Manager can view data only for assigned users.
  • Quiz selection is pre-filled and disabled for Reporting Managers.
  • Admin-level actions (Edit, Delete, Regrade Attempts) are restricted for Reporting Managers.

5. Team Overview Block – Learning Hours

  • Learning Hours column added to Team Overview Block.
  • Displays users’ learning progress.
  • Positioned as the second last column in the table.
  • Helps managers track and analyze team learning activity.

6. ILT/VILT Training Block Enhancement

  • Highlighted data (Hours Completed) repositioned.
  • Now displayed near the Download button.
  • Improves accessibility and user experience.

7. Skill Advisor Enhancement

  • New “Create Competency” button added.
  • New “Skill Advisor” submenu added under Course menu.
  • Button is configurable/editable.
  • Redirects users to Competency Framework page.
  • Improves navigation and accessibility.

8. Report UI Enhancement

  • Forward button repositioned to the right side.
  • Checkbox selection added.
  • Search functionality introduced.
  • Tooltip added for report module.

9. Roleplay in Competency

  • Roleplay integrated into Skill Gap Quiz via Question Bank using iframe.
  • Admin configures quiz through popup (questions, type, roleplay name, iframe).
  • Quiz structure: first slide is roleplay, followed by quiz questions.
  • Quiz launched from “Assess My Skills” in Skill Gap.
  • Recommended courses shown if a skill gap is identified; otherwise, none displayed.
