How can I create custom surveys?

Custom surveys can be created using either the Feedback module (which is hidden by default) or the Questionnaire module (which is a contributed module).

Hopefully, a core module combining the best features of the Feedback, Questionnaire and Survey modules will be available sometime in the future.
